Problem Isolation example:

• Issue: Many set-top boxes in a neighborhood have intermittent video issues masked by reliable UDP delivery that results in minimal calls to help desk.

• Process: xVu, through its UI, would quickly and easily pinpoint the issue to a DSLAM card or the wire loop for the Help Desk and direct the Network Operations team to proactively investigate and resolve.

• Impact: Eliminate extended customer calls and wasted truck rolls, plus it is an opportunity to provide proactive customer service.
